You will be working within Improve and Axelio Academy, two units that help organizations get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. You will be fully responsible for the commercial policy of these two units. You will have the space to truly make a difference in a people-oriented organization that places innovation and knowledge sharing at its core.


This is what you will do as a Sales Executive

Axelio Improve consists of a team of driven experts in Dynamics Finance & Operations and AI. They leverage their knowledge and experience to truly advance organizations in Wholesale and Manufacturing. Improve focuses entirely on organizations that are already live. No implementations but real progress post-go-live through solid advice and optimizations. As an independent party, Axelio Improve has a unique role in the Microsoft landscape.

Axelio Academy has been the Dynamics training provider in the Netherlands for many years. Annually, we train over 2,000 employees of clients to get the best out of their Dynamics solution and contribute to user adoption of the Dynamics solution within organizations.

With your knowledge of the market, organizations, and decision-making processes, you know how to find the right entry point. You are responsible for increasing our commercial strength. As a Sales Executive, you focus on both developing new clients and managing and expanding existing relationships. With a keen eye for opportunities, you help existing and new clients take the next step in their Dynamics journey.

A selection of your tasks:

  • Developing and realizing commercial plans, concrete objectives, and budgets.
  • Actively approaching the market and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Intensive collaboration with sister companies within the Axelio group that serve as an important target market for Mprise Academy.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients.
  • Expanding contacts at C-level and other stakeholders.
  • Further developing Academy clients into Improve projects.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities in the Dynamics market.
  • Collaborating with Marketing for lead generation.

What you can expect from us

Compensation

You will earn between €6,000 - €8,000. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

Mobility

We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you

You have a completed higher vocational education (hbo) or university degree (wo) in a commercial or business administration direction and extensive experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably within the IT or Dynamics market.

You have a good understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform world and possess a relevant network. With your seniority, you know how to gain trust at C-level and think strategically. You are a results-oriented team player, proactive, and communicate excellently in both Dutch and English.
