Axelio is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant who understands, connects, and improves business processes. With our location in Groningen as a home base, you will work on smart CRM solutions that truly help organizations move forward. This is what you will do as a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
At Axelio in Groningen, it's not just about technology, but about the added value for the client. As a senior consultant, you are the connecting factor between strategy, process, and technology. You dive deep into the operations of clients: you analyze processes, identify opportunities, and translate these into CRM solutions. You oversee the entire implementation, from intake to realization, and guide organizations in their digital transformation.
You are the point of contact for stakeholders at tactical and strategic levels, train users, and coach fellow consultants. During and after the implementation, you remain involved: you ensure adoption, support, and further optimization.
You work on diverse projects for clients in various sectors. You have plenty of room for your own input and initiative. At Axelio, you work independently, but never alone: your team is there for you in challenges and to celebrate successes together.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €4,500 - €5,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You are entrepreneurial, curious, and customer-oriented. You:
- Have a completed higher professional education in business administration, ICT, marketing, or a similar field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a CRM consultant, implementation consultant, or functional consultant.
- Master Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
- Think process-oriented, oversee customer interests, and maintain technical quality.
- Are able to advise clients at a strategic level and translate this into workable solutions.
- Coach colleagues, take initiative, and actively contribute to the development of our team and our services.
