What you can expect from us

Compensation

You will earn between €5,500 - €6,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

Mobility

We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.

Work-life balance

A good balance between work and personal life is important and varies for everyone. At Axelio, you get 28 vacation days and have the option to buy or sell 5 additional days.

What we expect from you

  • You have a completed higher professional education (hbo) or university degree (wo).
  • Proven success: You have at least 4 years of work experience in the field and a proven track record in achieving growth objectives and selling projects for implementing business-critical SaaS solutions.
  • Business development: You have experience in securing new deals, ranging from €50,000 to €200,000. Additionally, you know how to connect with various stakeholders within our client's DMU.
  • Effective team player: You can collaborate well with external and internal relationships.
  • Communication skills: You present effortlessly and convincingly.
  • CRM knowledge: Experience with Dynamics 365 CE or similar systems is a plus.
