HR Business Partner

This is what you will do as an HR Business Partner
In this strategic role, you are the architect of HR policy within our companies. You are a full-fledged sparring partner for management and translate organizational goals into a future-oriented HR policy.
You will be involved in themes such as onboarding, employee satisfaction surveys (MTO), harmonization of employment conditions, absenteeism policy, and performance management. You know how to develop policy, but also to implement it and make it live within the organization.
You identify trends, advise on improvements, and know how to create support. With your sharp eye, you connect strategy with practice: you support managers in execution but continue to steer towards the long term. You ensure that Axelio is not only well-organized now but also ready for the future.

What you can expect from us
You earn between €6,000 - €7,500. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or receive as a gross compensation.

This is what we expect from you
- You have 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within an IT or technically oriented organization with at least 100 employees.
- Experience with policy themes such as onboarding, performance management, MTO, absenteeism policy, and harmonization of employment conditions.
- Knowledge of training and development programs and experience with their implementation.
- Thorough knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and strategic HR themes.
- Strong communication and advisory skills; you know how to convince and connect stakeholders.
- You are pragmatic, a real go-getter, and know how to find a good balance between policy and execution.
- A vision-oriented and results-driven approach, combined with a sense of reality and decisiveness.
- Willingness to travel to our various companies spread across the Netherlands.
