This is what you will do as a Medior ERP Business Consultant
As a Medior ERP Business Consultant, you work at the intersection of business processes and technology. You analyze client inquiries, think along about suitable solutions, and translate these into an efficient setup in Business Central. You collaborate with fellow consultants, developers, and project leaders on successful implementations.
Your tasks include:
- Analyzing client processes and translating them into an effective setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud) and the Power Platform.
- Guiding implementation projects with a focus on standardization and quality.
- Collaborating with colleagues in designing and testing solutions.
- Supporting users in the acceptance and adoption of new systems.
- Thinking along about the optimization of client processes and our own services.
- Gradually growing into a more guiding or coaching role.
What you can expect from us
You earn between €3,500 - €5,000. You can also receive extra bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.

What we expect from you
You have already taken the first steps in the ERP world and are ready to grow. You enjoy client contact, think process-oriented, and want to become better at your profession. We are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor's degree in business information systems, business administration, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience with ERP implementations (experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
- Good analytical thinking skills and communication skills.
- Affinity with production, trade, or service organizations.
- Curiosity about technology and willingness to continuously learn.
- A positive and proactive work attitude, you take initiative and are not afraid to ask questions.
