Data Analyst

Axelio is looking for a Data Analyst who helps organizations move forward through Business Intelligence. You support clients in translating their data into clear, visually strong reports and dashboards that enable them to make data-driven decisions.
What you will do as a Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst at our location in Bunnik, you will independently carry out your tasks and take responsibility for executing projects. You play a key role in supporting our clients in making data-driven decisions.
You work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their information needs and translate them into concrete analyses and dashboards. Your analyses help our clients look ahead and make strategic choices. Additionally, you will mentor a junior colleague, sharing your knowledge and experience to achieve successful results together.
Your tasks:
- Making data understandable using Microsoft solutions so that it becomes compelling information.
- Analyzing data and helping the client solve business issues.
- Determining KPIs and building reports based on that which visualize the data.
- Advising, guiding, and probing to fully integrate Business Intelligence and bring out the real needs of the client.
- Understanding, designing, and optimizing data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Azure, Fabric, and Power BI.
What you can expect from us
You will earn between €4,000 - €7,000. You can also receive additional bonuses, depending on your performance and that of the organization.
We offer you a mobility budget that you can use for a lease car, a lease bike, public transport, or can be paid out as a gross compensation.

What we expect from you
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, (technical) business administration, or ICT.
- You can empathize with the client's problem and (together with your colleagues) look for the best solution.
- Good knowledge of business processes.
- Extensive experience with Power BI and data modeling.
- Skilled in visualizing data.
- Certificates in the Microsoft BI stack.
- Creativity in finding the best solution for the client.
- Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
